Privacy policy

We collect information you give us, information from the ad accounts you connect us to, and information the service needs to run.

• Account details, such as your name, email address, phone number, and password.
• Company details, such as your company name, timezone, logo, and the contract terms we agree.
• Ad account data from the Meta ad accounts you give us access to, such as spend, impressions, clicks, purchases, and leads. We read it through Meta and through reporting tools such as Windsor.ai.
• Content you share, such as creatives, documents, files, messages, and the email addresses of people you invite.
• Billing details. Stripe processes card payments. We do not store full card numbers. We keep the card brand, last four digits, and payment history.
• Signing records. When you sign an agreement, we keep the time, IP address, and browser details as evidence of the signature.
• Technical data needed to operate the site, such as session information, browser type, notification settings, and basic logs of how the service is used.

• Plan, run, and report on your Meta advertising.
• Provide, secure, and improve the workspace.
• Bill you, and communicate with you about your account, agreements, and the work we do together.
• Add the teammates you invite.
• Meet legal obligations and prevent misuse.

We do not use one client's ad account data to run another client's ads.

• People on your workspace, according to the access you give them.
• Service providers who help us run the service, and only so they can do that work for us. They include hosting and database providers, Stripe for payments, Resend for email, Cloudflare for file storage, Cal.com for scheduling calls, and Windsor.ai for ad reporting.
• Meta, when we create and manage ads in the accounts you own.
• Authorities or others when the law requires it, or when we need to protect Knotical Admin, our clients, or other people.

We do not sell your personal information.

If you give us customer information for advertising, such as a list for a Meta custom audience, you confirm you have the right to share it for that use. We use it only to run your ads and do not use it for anything else.

We keep information while your account or workspace is active, and for a reasonable period afterward when we need it for records, billing, security, or legal reasons. Signed agreements and billing records are kept as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete account information by email. We may keep what we still need for those reasons.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, including access limits for our team. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

We use cookies and similar tools to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We do not use them for advertising. You can control cookies in your browser. Blocking them may keep you from signing in.

You can update your company details and teammates in the workspace, and your card and subscription from Billing. You can remove our access to your ad accounts in Meta at any time. For other requests, email [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to object to certain uses. We respond to reasonable requests.

The service is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy. When we do, we change the effective date at the top of this page. If you keep using the service after an update, the revised policy applies.
